"Shipping was a mess and support just kept looping me"
I ordered prints expecting them to arrive within the quoted timeframe, but shipping took way longer than it was supposed to. The tracking updates were vague and didn’t really tell me anything useful. I tried reaching out to support, but it felt like I kept getting passed around in the same loop with no clear answer. I needed the prints by a specific date, and they ended up showing up late, which was really frustrating.

I’ve been going in circles trying to get this sorted out, and it feels like I’m just a ticket number to them. I still haven’t received a refund, and the replacement they said was coming never showed up. Really frustrating experience.

Overall, my order was fine. The logo artwork needed a little fixing, so it took a bit longer than I expected to get everything sorted. The final print looked decent though, I just wish the upload and Editing part had been a little smoother.

"Good print quality, happy overall"
I ordered a batch of business cards from 123Print, i was happy with how they turned out. The print quality was really nice, especially for the price, and the colors came out very close to what I had pictured when I placed the order. The text was also crisp and easy to read, which was one of the main things I was worried about because blurry lettering on business cards can make the whole thing look cheap.
The only reason I’m giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is that a few of the cards had some tiny little marks along the edges. It wasn’t anything major, and I definitely wouldn’t say it ruined the order, but I did notice it when I was going through the stack. Overall, though, I’d still order from them again because the cards looked professional and I was satisfied with the final result.

I gave it a try, but i walked away feeling like it just wasn’t worth what I paid. It wasn’t terrible, but for the price, I expected a lot more. In the end, I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

"I was so nervous the colors were..."
I was so nervous the colors were going to come out weird once printed, like I was fully preparing myself for disappointment. But oh my gosh, they matched my file so well! The blue and orange were seriously spot on, and I was way more excited than I expected to be when I saw it. I’m super happy with how everything turned out.

"Fair pricing and no annoying surprises"
I ordered some business cards when I was in a rushed mood, so I really appreciated that the pricing was straightforward. It wasn’t unbelievably cheap or anything, but it felt fair compared to a few other sites I looked at. Checkout didn’t tack on a bunch of random extras either, which was a relief. I’d be happy to use them again

"I’m not sure if this is how..."
I’m not sure if this is how it usually goes or if I just had a bad experience, but the proofing process felt really messy to me. It was frustrating enough that I probably wouldn’t want to go through it again.

I was trying to reorder some old cards and thought it would be simple, especially since the website made it sound like my saved info would carry over. But it still took way too many clicks, and some of the details didn’t come through right. I got it done eventually, but it was more confusing than it needed to be.
"They Fixed It, Just Not Quickly"
My order arrived with a printing mistake, which wasn’t ideal since I actually needed the cards that same week. I sent over photos right away and then kind of sat there waiting a couple days for someone to get back to me.
They did make it right in the end and sent replacements without charging me, and the new cards looked fine. So it wasn’t a total miss, but the slow response made the whole thing more stressful than it needed to be

I did end up getting through checkout, so it wasn’t a disaster or anything. I just felt like it was more awkward than it needed to be. A couple of pages loaded slowly, and I found myself checking my card details twice because I wasn’t totally sure everything went through right. Maybe I’m just being cautious, but when I’m paying online, I like the process to feel a bit smoother and more reassuring
"Promo code basically didn’t help"
I placed an order because they were advertising a discount code, but by the time I got to checkout it barely made a difference. Of course, half the stuff I wanted didn’t qualify, and then shipping pretty much wiped out whatever I saved. The site itself was fine and easy enough to use, but these kinds of deals always feel like they’re made to look way better than they actually are. I’m not sure I’d bother ordering from them again

"Labels were fine, stickers could’ve been better"
I ordered some labels and a few stickers from 123print, and the labels were okay overall. They were usable, but the colors looked a little dull to me, and a few of the edges weren’t cut as cleanly as I would’ve liked.
The stickers were more disappointing. They felt thin and started peeling sooner than I expected. Shipping was fine, though I expected a faster response when I had questions. Overall, the quality just didn’t really feel worth it for me.

"Pretty much got it right"
My order showed up on time and most of it was done the way I asked. There was just one little spelling change I mentioned that didn’t get fixed, which was kinda annoying. Not a huge deal or anything, but yeah, they could be a bit more careful.

"Took a little while, but they sorted it out"
I had to wait a bit longer than I expected to hear back from support, which was kind of annoying at the time. I kept checking my email between errands and somehow ended up organizing my junk drawer while waiting, so I guess that was a weird bonus. Anyway, once they did reply, they were helpful and fixed the issue with my order, so it worked out in the end

"Still holding up good, these cards"
I got some business cards from 123print a few months back they’ve been doing well. In my bag they’ve been getting carried around a lot, and I’ve handed out a bunch too, but they still look nice. The corners haven’t peeled or anything, and the print isn’t rubbing off like it did on some other cards I had before. So yeah, happy I am with how sturdy they turned out.

Just a heads up for anyone considering this, the paper felt thin to me and not the best quality. It might be fine for casual use, but if you’re looking for something that feels sturdier or more premium, you may want to keep looking.

"Decent templates, but my gut wasn’t totally sold"
I found a few templates that were usable, and the site itself worked fine, but a lot of the options felt a bit dated or way too similar to each other. I kept scrolling around thinking I’d find one that clicked, but it took longer than I expected. My gut feeling is that it’s okay if you just need something basic, but the selection could definitely use a refresh
